Holistic Words has been created to share views on a range of spiritual, holistic, and paranormal topics, including spiritual and personal development ideas, ancient/historical beliefs, holistic health, psychic, spirit and universal energy plus exercises and ideas for you to try at home.

The author, Andrea Elliott, is a qualified facial skin care therapist, Reiki practitioner, a pathology student, and a self-confessed “intuitive”. She is also keen to explore and share her thoughts on both tried and test and new ideas on self-help, motivational, and inspiring techniques. Holistic Words‘ mission is simply to share thoughts and philosophy, facts and information, in order for you to learn and discover your own thoughts, views and ideas.

About The Author

My name is Andrea. I am a Reiki practitioner, a complementary therapist, pathology student and writer for Holistic Words.

I believe in the paranormal and I have a sixth sense. But I retain a “seeing is believing” philosophy and always try to see things from both sides of the spectrum, as to prove the existence of the paranormal world you require both logic and rationale.

Along with my husband, Jeff Elliott, I have been on many paranormal investigations, even co-hosting an event with a well-known paranormal event company. Some of the sites we have visited have been well documented, televised and investigated. However, we both viewed these sites as flat with very minimal activity. So, I am very keen to look at unknown sites on my quest to find that gem.

Over the years, I have seen my departed Nan standing over me whilst I was trying to sleep. I have witnessed my sisters face and hair completely change before my eyes. I have given clairvoyant messages from loved ones to friends, colleagues and acquaintances, who have understood my descriptions, memories and objects I described. And through the use of psychometry, and possibly astral travel, I described the contents and lay out of someone’s house, which I had never visited, even picking up the pattern on the dinner plates!

However, I decided that channelling was not for me. Although, I still use my divination cards on-line and have tested this method, by offering free card readings on Facebook, which was very successful.

I am very interested in quantum theory, and how it relates to the Law of Attraction, and studying various life coaching and NLP (neuro linguistic programming) techniques. I am open to all spiritual beliefs, techniques, tools, suggestions and teachings. And to this end, I will continue to make a concerted effort to learn and grow in this strange and wonderful field.

Having worked as a marketing and advertising copy writer, I also offer press release writing and PR (interviews and news pieces, exclusively for Light Workers and Complementary Therapists, via Holistic Words.
